About the Event

The 2024 ASCILITE Conference will take place from December 1-4, 2024, hosted by the Univeristy of Melbourne, Australia.

Program and Sessions

The conference program, including keynote speeches, sessions, and workshops, will be available on our website closer to the event date. Please check back regularly for updates.

Yes, most sessions will be recorded and made available to registered attendees after the conference. Please note that some sessions may not be recorded due to speaker preferences or technical limitations.

Attendee Information

No, a printed ticket is not necessary. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a digital ticket. Please bring a digital copy of this ticket to the conference.
We recommend bringing a laptop or tablet for note-taking, business cards for networking, and a reusable water bottle. Wi-Fi will be available at the venue.
Yes, the registration fee includes lunch and refreshments for each day of the conference. There will also be a conference dinner on December 3, 2024, which requires separate registration.

The University of Melbourne has implemented various measures to ensure the safety of all attendees including ventilation system upgrade etc. Hand sanitiser and facial masks are also available at the check-in counter and in each break-out room.
